The data were analyzed with SPSS version 22.0. The inferential statistical test was Chi Square, with α = 0.05 and 95% confidence level. The results are as follows: With respect to the level of knowledge, 11.9% (32) have a high level of knowledge, while a higher percentage representing 88.1% (236) have knowledge under 100.0% (268) In relation to secondary sexual characteristics, 85.8% (226) and only 14.2% (38) show an attitude of acceptance. Likewise, a higher percentage of students with low level of knowledge and attitude of rejection is observed, being this the 81.4% (218). According to the statistical analysis, there is a Chi square value X2c = 69,727 and p = 0.000, values that allow to accept the hypothesis, that is to say there is a statistically significant association between the level of knowledge and the attitude towards the secondary sexual characters.
