Predictores del liderazgo pedagógico de los directivos en las instituciones educativas secundarias urbanas del distrito de San Juan Bautista 2019

Abstract

Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar los predictores del liderazgo pedagógico de los directivos en las instituciones educativas secundarias urbanas del distrito de San Juan Bautista 2019. El tipo de estudio fue predictivo y diseño de campo, contemporáneo y multivariado. La población estuvo conformada por 428 docentes y se trabajó con muestra de 206 docentes del nivel secundario y se aplicó el muestreo estratificado con afijación proporcional, se recolectó datos con la técnica de encuesta e instrumento el cuestionario validado y con un coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach de 98,6%. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que el 51,5% de docentes encuestados consideraron que la práctica de establecer dirección es buena, el 51,9% de docentes encuestados consideraron que la práctica de rediseñar la organización es deficiente, el 66,5% de docentes encuestados consideraron que la práctica de desarrollar al personal es deficiente y un 62,1% de docentes encuestados consideraron que la práctica de gestionar la instrucción es deficiente en las instituciones educativas secundarias urbanas del distrito de San Juan Bautista 2019. Asimismo, los predictores del liderazgo pedagógico son: establecer dirección y desarrollar al personal, porque los coeficientes de las variables influyen significativamente al liderazgo pedagógico (p-valor < 0,05) y el modelo presenta un coeficiente de determinación de 41,0% a 55,6% y con una precisión de 79,6%.

The general objective of this research was to determine the predictors of the pedagogical leadership of the directors in the urban secondary educational institutions of the San Juan Bautista district 2019. The type of study was predictive and field design, contemporary and multivariate. The population consisted of 428 teachers and a sample of 206 teachers at the secondary level was used and stratified sampling with proportional allocation was applied, data was collected with the survey technique and the validated questionnaire instrument and with a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 98.6%. The results obtained showed that 51.5% of teachers surveyed considered that the practice of establishing direction is good, 51.9% of teachers surveyed considered that the practice of redesigning the organization is deficient, 66.5% of teachers surveyed considered that the practice of developing staff is deficient and 62.1% of teachers surveyed considered that the practice of managing instruction is deficient in the urban secondary educational institutions of the San Juan Bautista district 2019. Likewise, the predictors of pedagogical leadership are: establish direction and develop staff, because the coefficients of the variables significantly influence pedagogical leadership (p-value <0.05) and the model presents a coefficient of determination of 41.0% to 55.6% and with a 79.6% accuracy.
