Percepción de la calidad de la gestión y cultura organizacional en docentes de la Institución Educativa "Colegio Nacional Iquitos - San Juan 2015"

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la medida en que correlaciona la Calidad de la Gestión y la Cultura Organizacional en Docentes de la Institución Educativa “Colegio Nacional Iquitos” del distrito de San Juan 2015. La investigación fue de tipo correlacional, de diseño no experimental de tipo transeccional correlacional. La población la conformaron los docentes que laboran en la Institución Educativa “Colegio Nacional Iquitos” que son 120. La muestra estuvo conformada por el 100% de la población es decir 120 docentes. La selección de la muestra se realizó en forma no probabilística intencionada. La técnica que se empleó en la recolección de datos fue: la encuesta para ambas variables, porque se observaron los hechos en forma indirecta. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos para ambas variables fueron el cuestionario, el que será sometido a prueba de validez y confiabilidad antes de su aplicación.
