The present investigation was designed to answer the question: Is there a relationship between socio-economic, organizational school, organizational APAFA factors, and the level of participation of parents in the management of educational institutions at the secondary level in the town of Caballo Cocha, 2014? Quantitative research approach, with correlational and cross-sectional design was assumed. The aim of the study population consisted of all parents (600) and the sample was represented by 228 parents, selected through proportional stratified sampling and simple random. In terms of overall objective: it is concluded that there is a significant organizational association between socio-economic, organizational factors of the school, the PTA and the level of participation of parents in the management of educational institutions of secondary level City Caballo Cocha, 2014. Finally, the statistical test Chi square, with four degrees of freedom and significance level α = 0.05, to conclude that: There is a significant association between factor: APAFA organizational level and the level of participation of parents in the management of educational institutions of secondary level city Caballo Cocha, 2014, with which the validity of the hypothesis No. 3 is approved.
