Evolución del gasto en infraestructura educativa a nivel regional y nacional en el periodo 2017 - 2021

Abstract

The study had as a general objective to analyze the evolution of spending on educational infrastructure at the regional and national levels in the period 2017-2021 in the Loreto region, addressing an important issue within public policies related to the education sector considering the attention in educational infrastructure such as the acquisition, construction of infrastructure, acquisition of assets such as equipment, among others included in the generic expense acquisition of non-financial assets, for which a non-experimental and correlational design investigation was implemented, which I include as study data to the budgetary information of the expenditure for non-financial assets that attends the educational infrastructure within the state budget collected with a data collection form with 16 items, the analysis of the information used descriptive statistical techniques, of distribution and correlation of variables, the investigation determined that the evolution of spending on educational infrastructure in the period 2017-2021 in the Loreto region presents a negative trend and that at the national level it shows a positive trend, concluding that spending on educational infrastructure at the regional level does not present a statistical relationship with spending on educational infrastructure at the national level, that spending on educational infrastructure in the Loreto region represents 4% of spending at the national level, that the level of budget execution in the geographical area of the Loreto region is 71% and at the national level it is 67 %, which in the period addressed was spent on educational infrastructure S/ 852,615,244.00 of the S/ 24,237,083,891.00 at the national level in the Loreto region, it is also identified that there is no statistical relationship between the variables studied.

El estudio planteó como objetivo general analizar la evolución del gasto en infraestructura educativa a nivel regional y nacional en el periodo 2017 -2021 en el ámbito de la región Loreto, abordando un tema importante dentro de las políticas públicas relacionadas al sector educación considerando la atención en infraestructura educativa como es la adquisición, construcción de infraestructura, adquisición de activos como equipos entre otros comprendidos en la genérica de gasto adquisición de activos no financieros, para ellos se implementó una investigación de tipo no experimental y de diseño correlacional que incluyo como datos de estudio a la información presupuestaria del gasto para activos no financieros que atiende la infraestructura educativa dentro del presupuesto del estado recolectados con una ficha de recolección de datos con 16 ítems, el análisis de la información utilizo técnicas estadísticas descriptivas, de distribución y correlación de variables, la investigación determinó que la evolución del gasto en infraestructura educativa en el periodo 2017 -2021 en el ámbito de la región Loreto presenta una tendencia negativa y que a nivel nacional presenta una tendencia positiva concluyendo que el gasto en infraestructura educativa a nivel regional no presenta una relación estadística con gasto en infraestructura educativa a nivel nacional, que gasto en infraestructura educativa de la región Loreto representa el 4% del gasto a nivel nacional, que el nivel de ejecución presupuestaria en el ámbito geográfico de la región Loreto es de 71% y a nivel nacional de 67%, que en el periodo abordado se gastó en infraestructura educativa S/ 852,615,244.00 de los S/ 24,237,083,891.00 a nivel nacional en la región Loreto, además se identifica que no se presenta relación estadística entre las variables estudiadas.
