Condiciones académicas y su relación en el proceso de formación profesional de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho de la UNAP, Iquitos - 2015

Abstract

A partir de los resultados del trabajo de investigación se obtuvo los siguientes valores: El clima organizacional como primer indicador de las condiciones académicas en el cual desempeña su actividad laboral los docentes de la Facultad de Derecho, de acuerdo a la escala valorativa es considerada como regular, en relación al rendimiento académico es también regular; así mismo la metodología está comprendida también con el valor de regular; en el mismo término se encuentra el indicador enseñanza-aprendizaje con un valor regular; y finalizando el indicador materiales educativos, también presenta un valor de regular. Observando los resultados de la variable Formación Profesional de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana, tenemos que el indicador vocación profesional presenta un valor de regular; el rendimiento académico, también presenta un regular; en relación docente-alumno, es regular; el perfil profesional es considerado como bueno; en cuanto a la expectativa laboral de los estudiantes es regulara y finalmente en lo referente a la obtención del título profesional los resultados nos presenta un valor de bueno. De lo descrito se puede inferir, que existe una relación directa entre las condiciones académicas en la cual desarrolla sus actividades laborales los docentes de la Facultad de Derecho, con la formación profesional de los estudiantes, porque ambas variables en términos generales presentan el valor de regular, lo que nos indica que se debería mejorar, y esto a su vez contribuirá a una mejor formación profesional de nuestros alumnos.

Starting from the results of the investigation work it was obtained the following values: The organizational climate as first indicator of the academic conditions in which carries out its labor activity the educational of the Ability of Right, according to the scale valorativa is considered as regulating, in relation to the academic yield it is also to regulate; likewise the methodology is also understood with the value of regulating; in the same term he/she meets the indicative teaching-learning with a regular value; and concluding the educational material indicator, it also presents a value to regulate. Observing the results of the variable Professional Formation of the students of the Ability of Right of the National University of the Peruvian Amazonian, we have that the indicative professional vocation presents a value to regulate; in relation to the academic yield, it also presents the value to regulate; likewise the indicative relationship educational-student, is to regulate; while the professional profile is considered as good; as for the labor expectation of the students of Right, we have that it is it regulated and finally regarding the obtaining of the professional title the results present us a value of good. Of that described you can infer that a direct relationship exists among the academic conditions in which develops its labor activities the educational of the Ability of Right, with the professional formation of the students, because both variables in general terms present the value to regulate, what indicates us that it should be improved, and this in turn will contribute to a better professional formation of our students.
