Capacidad exportadora y su relación con el desempeño de las empresas agrarias y agroindustriales en Iquitos en el marco del ATPDEA;

Abstract

La globalización mundial y el modelo económico de libre mercado fundamentan el crecimiento económico de un país sobre la base de sus exportaciones; Uno de los mecanismos más importantes que posibilitan este crecimiento son los Acuerdos Comerciales Preferencial es. Hacia finales del 201 O, nuestro país deberá exportar al menos el 63% en el marco de estos acuerdos, aun así, no alcanzaríamos a países como México y Chile cuyos indicadores ascienden a 85% y 90%, respectivamente, con tendencia al 100% de sus comercios. La presente tesis doctoral se planteo la siguiente Hipótesis General: "La Capacidad Exportadora se halla relacionada con el Desempeño Agro exportador de las empresas agrarias y agroindustriales de la ciudad de !quitos, hacia el mercado norteamericano; en el marco promotor establecido principalmente por el ATPDEA". Metodológicamente, el estudio fue descriptivo y relacional pues trató de especificar las características y los perfiles de las empresas encuestadas y, a partir de una muestra estadística paramétrica, demostrar la relación de la Capacidad Exportadora y su desempeño agro exportador. Los resultados demuestran estadísticamente mediante la aplicación del software SPSS y la prueba de Ji Cuadrado, la alta significancia de la relación entre las variables en estudio, resultando un valor de a 0.05 >pvalueO.OOO; lo que comprueba nuestra hipótesis alterna planteada. Asimismo, cualitativamente los resultados del desempeño agro exportador, demuestran la mínima influencia del ATPDEA como mecanismo promotor de las exportaciones en nuestra región, tal como si sucedió en la Costa, principalmente en los departamentos de Piura, Chiclayo, Trujillo, lea y Tacna; cuyas exportaciones agrarias y agroindustriales en 1 cuanto a volumen y monto crecieron apreciablemente y el 49% de las mismas tuvieron como destino a los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica. También, la tesis pretende que sobre la base de los modelos de Desarrollo Exportador queproponemos, se implementen po1iticas y estrategias públicas orientadas a desatTollar programas y proyectos que generen oportunidades reales, impulsando a nuestras empresas a producir para el mercado exterior, utilizando estratégicamente los Acuerdos Comerciales Preferenciales, suscritos por el Perú.

The present doctoral thesis you outlines the following General Hypothesis: "The Capacity Exporter is related with the Acting Agriculture exporter of the agrarian and agro industrial companies of the city of lquitos, toward the North American market; in the mark established promoter mainly for the A TPDEA." The methodology of the study was descriptive and since relacional tried to specify the characteristics and the profiles of the interviewed companies and, starting from a parametric statistical sample, to demonstrate the relationship of the Capacity Exporter and its acting agriculture exporter. Do the results demonstrate statistically by means of the application of the software SPSS and the test of Squared Ji, the high significance of the relationship among the variables in study, being a value of 0.05>pvalue 0.000; what checks our outlined alternating hypothesis. Also, the results of the acting agriculture exporter, demonstrate the mínimum influence of the ATPDEA like mechanism promoter of the exports qua1itative1y in our region, just as if it happened in the Costa, mainly in the departments of Piura, Chic layo, Trujillo, lc:a and Tacna; whose agrarian and agroindustrial exports as for volume and 1 mount they grew considerably and 49% of the same ones had like destination to the United States of North America. Also, the thesis seeks that it has more than enough the base of the models of Develo¡pment Exporter that we propose, they are irnp1emented po1itica1 and public strategies guüled to develop programs and projects that generate real opportunities, impelling to our companies to take place for the external market, using the Preferential Commercial Agreements strategically, subscribed by the Peru.
