Diagnósticos de riesgos laborales en la empresa ASAMRE S.A.C. para el diseño de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional; Loreto - Perú, 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene el propósito de evaluar la situación actual de riesgos laborales de la empresa ASAMRE S.A.C. para diseñar un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud Ocupacional. La investigación propuesta es de tipo descriptivo cuantitativo, además se utilizó el método de encuestas al 100%, siendo evaluado 20 personas, distribuido en todas las áreas de la empresa. Se registró que el 35% del personal se enfermó al menos dos veces; además se han expuesto a vibraciones, fuertes ruidos, inhalaciones de gases y temperaturas elevadas, También el 60% ha sufrido lesiones al menos dos veces en el semestre, siendo las manos las más afectadas. Respecto a las medidas preventivas y de seguridad, el 80% considera que no existe, mientras que el 20% no sabe de su existencia. Si bien la gran mayoría de trabajadores reciben los equipos de protección e indumentaria, no se ve reflejado en su uso. No recibieron capacitación en temas de seguridad y salud ocupacional. Según el diagnóstico realizado la empresa no dispone de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional pese a tener un alto índice de incidentes, por lo que se ha planteado un diseño de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional (SST) aplicando los elementos de SST: basado en Planificación, Implementación y operación, verificación y revisión de gestión.

The objective was to assess the present situation of the labour risks of ASAMRE S.A.C. Enterprise, to design a management system in occupational safety and health administration. This research is a kind of descriptive – quantitative approach, this research used the survey method in a 100%, the personnel number evaluated was 20, distributed in different areas of the Enterprise. This research also registered 35% of the workers who were ill at least twice, like wise, these workers have been exposed to vibration, loud noises, inhaling gases, high temperature. Furthermore, 60% of workers have suffered of bodily injuries on the hand at least twice in a semester. Regarding the preventive and safety measure, 80% pf workers consider that there is not any preventive and safety measure, meanwhile 20% of the workers do not know anything about it. Most of the workers receive the protective and clothing equipment, but they do not use them. They did not receive any professional training in occupational safety and health administration. The Enterprise does not have a management system in occupational safety and health administration, in spite of having a high index of incidents, so due to that, it suggests a design of management system in occupational safety and health administration and the elements of SST, based on planning, implementation and operation, verification and scrutiny of the management system.
