Control de planillas y su relación con las obligaciones laborales en la UGEL de Ucayali - Contamana, 2021

Abstract

En la presente investigación se pretendió verificar si el control de planillas está relacionado con las obligaciones laborales en la UGEL de Contamana, 2021.La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo no experimental de corte transversal. Por lo que se realiza sin manipular deliberadamente variables, tuvo como universo de estudio a las personas que laboran en la UGEL de Contamana, ya que se relacionaran con las dimensiones que se pretendió medir. La muestra de estudio fue conformada por 70 personas que laboran las diferentes áreas de la UGEL de Contamana, se recolectaron los datos por medio de cuestionarios el cual estuvo diseñado con 21 ítems de los cuales 15 ítems cuentan con escala de Likert. Gracias a los resultados obtenidos se pudo concluir que, El control de planillas se relaciona directamente con las obligaciones laborales en la UGEL de Contamana, 2021, dado que se obtuvo un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman, que tiene el valor de 0.594**

In the present investigation it was tried to verify if the control of payroll is related to the labor obligations in the UGEL of Contamana, 2021. The research was descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional. As it is carried out without deliberately manipulating variables, the study universe was the people who work in the UGEL of Contamana, since they were related to the dimensions that it was intended to measure. The study sample was made up of 70 people who work in the different areas of the UGEL of Contamana, the data was collected through questionnaires which was designed with 21 items of which 15 items have a Likert scale. Thanks to the results obtained, it was possible to conclude that, The payroll control is directly related to the labor obligations in the UGEL of Contamana, 2021, since a Spearman Rho correlation coefficient was obtained, which has the value of 0.594 **
