El clima institucional y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Básica Regular N° 61023 “Rosa Licenia Vela Pinedo de Costa” del distrito de Nauta Región de Loreto – 2014

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como finalidad determinar la relación que existe entre el clima institucional y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Básica -Regular N° 61023 “Rosa Licenia Vela Pinedo de Costa” del Distrito de Nauta Región de Loreto – 2014. El enfoque utilizado es cuantitativo de tipo básico, porque sus resultados enriquecen el conocimiento teórico. Asume el diseño no experimental de corte descriptivo - correlacional, debido a que establece relación entre dos variables: el clima institucional y el desempeño docente Institución Educativa Básica -Regular N° 61023 “Rosa Licenia Vela Pinedo de Costa” del Distrito de Nauta Región de Loreto. La muestra estuvo conformada por 52 docentes. El tamaño muestral fue elegido de forma intencional no probabilística. Se aplicaron dos instrumentos: una encuesta de clima institucional, de 30 ítems, y la encuesta de desempeño docente de 32 ítems. Ambas fueron validadas mediante juicio de expertos en la aplicación de la prueba piloto, del cuestionario el clima institucional y el desempeño docente, se obtuvo el valor de 0,986 y 0,982 respectivamente. Se puede deducir que este instrumento, tiene una elevada confiabilidad. En los resultados de la hipótesis general, se observó que, existe una relación directa y significativa entre el clima institucional y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Básica -Regular N° 61023 “Rosa Licenia Vela Pinedo de Costa” del Distrito de Nauta Región de Loreto – 2014; de acuerdo con lo hallado p < 0,05; X2obtenido = 108,135 > X2teórico = 21,026 y Rho de Spearman = 0,825, Correlación positiva alta; es decir en cuanto mejor sea el clima institucional será mayor el desempeño docente.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the institutional climate and teaching performance in the Basic Educational Institution -Regular No. 61023 "Rosa License Vela Pinedo de Costa" of the Nauta District of Loreto Region - 2014. The approach used is quantitative of basic type, because their results enrich the theoretical knowledge. Assumes the non-experimental design of descriptive - correlational, because it establishes a relationship between two variables: institutional climate and teaching performance Basic Educational Institution -Regular No. 61023 "Rosa License Vela Pinedo de Costa" Nauta District Loreto Region. The sample consisted of 52 teachers. The sample size was chosen intentionally non-probabilistic. Two instruments were applied: a 30-item institutional climate survey and a 32-item teacher performance survey. Both were validated by expert judgment in the application of the pilot test, the institutional climate questionnaire and the teaching performance, the value of 0.986 and 0.982 respectively. It can be deduced that this instrument has a high reliability. In the results of the general hypothesis, it was observed that there is a direct and significant relationship between the institutional climate and the teaching performance in the Basic Educational Institution - Regular N ° 61023 "Rosa License Vela Pinedo de Costa" of the District of Nauta Region of Loreto - 2014; according to the finding p <0.05; X2obtained = 108.135> X2theoretical = 21.026 and Spearman's Rho = 0.825, High positive correlation; that is to say, the better the institutional climate, the better the teaching performance will be.
