The research titled good practices of academic management of the management teams of the Higher Technological Institute "Chincha" and the level of satisfaction of the users of the service, during the year 2018, is a descriptive investigation that responds to a type of correlational research and an explanation of the degree of relationship generated between good academic management practices and the level of satisfaction experienced by users was aligned. The population would be made up of the entire population, that is, by the 640 users and 12 members of the management team. According to the results analyzed and statistically tested, it is concluded that there is a direct relationship between good academic management practices, executed by the management team with a significant and positive relationship of 0.867, which determines the coefficient of variability (r2 = 0.751) There is a level of satisfaction experienced by the users of the service, which is 75.1% explicit due to good academic management practices.
