The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between educational management and service quality in the educational institution República de Venezuela, Callao 2019. The sample consisted of 60 teachers. The method used was the hypothetical-deductive, the purpose was the non-experimental design of a cross-sectional correlational level; The information was collected in a specific period, the survey technique and the data collection instrument were developed, it was a questionnaire that was used to collect information from the students. For the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's alpha was used, which was high in both variables: 0.976 for the educational management variable and 0.973 for the quality of service variable. For the descriptive analysis, frequency distribution tables and the bar graph were made. And for the recruitment of the hypothesis was carried out by Rho de Spearman. The research concluded that there is a very good correlation (rh0 = 0.911) between educational management and quality of service in the educational institution República de Venezuela, Callao 2019. Being P value = 0.000 <0.05; which indicates that there is a correlation. This confirmed the hypothesis and the general objective of the study.
