This research presented in order to determine the effects of the implementation of the program "Playing learn" to psychomotor development in children 4 years of the Educational Institution "My Little World" in the district of Ate Vitarte 2019; is an investigation in the context of the problems of psychomotor development. The scientific method was used in the quantitative approach, to do an induction process under the quasi- experimental design allowing measure the dependent variable through the application of a pretest and post-test called TEPSI two groups selected held intentionally. The results of the pretest and posttest difference determined psychomotor development for the experimental group relative to the control children this as influence of applying learn playing program as proof U-Mann-Whitney: p = 52 in the pre-test scores. On the other hand, psychomotor development scores in the posttest of the experimental group showed significant differences with the scores of the control group (Mann-Whitney: 001 *** p = <.05), deciding to reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis appreciated due to changes in motor behavior of children which emphasizes safety in their movements.
