Competencias laborales y empleabilidad de los estudiantes de formación dual del Instituto Peruano de Logística Aplicada-2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación contó con el objetivo general de determinar la influencia de las competencias laborales en la empleabilidad de los estudiantes de formación dual del Instituto Peruano de Logística Aplicada en las empresas formadoras-2018, a su vez los objetivos específicos implican las dimensiones del saber, saber hacer, poder hacer y saber ser. Es de enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación es descriptivo y correlacional, de diseño no experimental (clasificación transeccional) y de método hipotético-deductivo. La población y la muestra están determinadas por el mismo número de alumnos (muestra censal y por conveniencia) los cuales son 48, se empleó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento, el cuestionario. Para este estudio se halló que existe una correlación positiva alta entre las variables competencias laborales y empleabilidad, como resultado se obtuvo un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman = 0.717, además el nivel de significancia fue de 0.000, por lo tanto, se rechazó la hipótesis nula y se aceptó la hipótesis alternativa.

This research work had the general objective of determining the influence of labor competencies on the employability of dual training students of the Peruvian Institute of Applied Logistics in training companies-2018, in turn, the specific objectives imply the dimensions of the to know, to know how to do, to be able to do and to know how to be. It has a quantitative approach, the type of research is descriptive and correlational, non-experimental design (transectional classification) and hypothetical-deductive method. The population and the sample are determined by the same number of students (census and convenience sample) which are 48, the survey technique was used and the questionnaire was used as an instrument. For this study, it was found that there is a high positive correlation between the variables work skills and employability, as a result a correlation coefficient of Spearman's Rho = 0.717 was obtained, in addition the level of significance was 0.000, therefore, the hypothesis was rejected null and the alternative hypothesis was accepted.
