La gestión estratégica directoral y el desarrollo del clima institucional en la Institución Educativa Emblemática Carlos Wiesse de Comas

Abstract

La investigación descriptiva y correlacional, tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre la gestión estratégica directoral y el desarrollo del clima institucional en la Institución Educativa Emblemática Carlos Wiesse de Comas. Como instrumentos se usaron fichas de opinión sobre la gestión estratégica directoral y desarrollo del clima institucional, validados con opinión de expertos y con el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. En la investigación se analizaron los indicadores de las dimensiones de la gestión estratégica directoral y el clima institucional, pues la oferta educativa actual ubica a la escuela en una situación competitiva donde el factor organizacional se convierte en un aspecto fundamental en el logro del clima. La muestra la conformaron 30 sujetos entre padres de familia y docentes. Procesados los datos obtenidos, se pudo determinar la relación significativa entre la gestión escolar estratégica y el desarrollo del clima institucional

The descriptive and correlational research had the purpose of determining the relationship between strategic directorial management and the development of the institutional climate in the Emblematic Educational Institution Carlos Wiesse de Comas. As instruments, opinion sheets were used on strategic directorial management and institutional climate development, validated with the opinion of experts and with the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The research analyzed the indicators of the dimensions of strategic management and the institutional climate, since the current educational offer places the school in a competitive situation where the organizational factor becomes a fundamental aspect of achieving climate. The sample was made up of 30 subjects between parents and teachers. Once the obtained data were processed, the significant relationship between strategic school management and the development of the institutional climate could be determined.
