Autoevaluación y calidad educativa de la Institución Educativa “San Juan Bautista” UGEL - Pasco Provincia y Región Pasco 2018

Abstract

La investigación titulada: Autoevaluación y calidad educativa de la Institución Educativa “San Juan Bautista” UGEL - Pasco provincia y región Pasco 2018, tuvo como problema general ¿Determinar la relación existente entre la autoevaluación de los docentes y la calidad educativa de la Institución Educativa “San Juan Bautista” UGEL - Pasco provincia y región Pasco 2018? La investigación se realizó bajo el diseño no experimental, descriptivo correlacional, porque se determinó la relación entre las variables de estudio, apoyándose en el método hipotético deductivo, la población de estudio estuvo conformada por 250 docentes y 300 estudiantes de once secciones correspondientes al 1º al 5º grado de educación secundaria de educación básica regular del Institucion Educativa “San Juan Bautista” UGEL- Pasco del distrito de Huariaca y una muestra de 54 docentes y 40 estudiantes de la Institución Educativa “San Juan Bautista” UGEL - Pasco provincia y región Pasco 2018, la recopilación de datos se utilizó a la encuesta como instrumento de recolección de datos, el análisis de los datos se realizó con la correlación de Spearman. Por lo tanto, se demostró que la Autoevaluación docente tiene efecto significativo con la calidad educativa de la Institución Educativa “San Juan Bautista” UGEL - Pasco provincia y región Pasco 2018 (Rho de Spearman ρ= ,503 significa que existe una relación moderada y positiva entre las variables de estudio, frente al grado de significación estadística p < ,05); por lo tanto, existe evidencia estadística suficiente para rechazar la hipótesis nula y aceptar la hipótesis alterna.

The research entitled: Self-evaluation and educational quality of the Educational Institution "San Juan Bautista" UGEL - Pasco province and region Pasco 2018, had as a general problem to determine the relationship between the self-assessment of teachers and the educational quality of the Educational Institution " San Juan Bautista "UGEL - Pasco province and region Pasco 2018? The research was conducted under the non-experimental, correlational descriptive design, because the relationship between the study variables was determined, based on the hypothetical deductive method, the study population was made up of 250 teachers and 300 students from eleven sections corresponding to the 1st 5th grade of secondary education of regular basic education of the Educational Institution "San Juan Bautista" UGEL- Pasco of the district of Huariaca and a sample of 54 teachers and 40 students of the Educational Institution "San Juan Bautista" UGEL - Pasco province and Pasco region 2018 , the data collection was used to the survey as a data collection instrument, the analysis of the data was done with the Spearman correlation. Therefore, it was shown that teacher self-evaluation has a significant effect with the educational quality of the Educational Institution "San Juan Bautista" UGEL - Pasco province and Pasco region 2018 (Spearman Rho ρ =, 503 means that there is a moderate and positive relationship between the study variables, compared to the degree of statistical significance p <, 05); therefore, there is sufficient statistical evidence to reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis.
