This study is carried out with a fundamental purpose of determining the relationship between organizational behavior and the satisfaction of the External User in the service of External Clinics at the National Institute of the Child San Borja at present, to achieve this objective the approach was used Quantitative, under a substantive scope, with a cross- sectional descriptive non-experimental design of descriptive cross-sectional design, to determine the sample, probabilistic sampling was used, with 108 external users of the External Office Service at the National Institute of the San Borja Child in the present. Two instruments were used for data collection. The results indicated that of the respondents, 36.1% (39) consider organizational behavior good, and 42.6% (46) are dissatisfied regarding the service of the external office. Its main conclusion was: To better organizational behavior, there will be a better satisfaction of the external user in the Service of External Clinics at the National Institute of the Child San Borja at present. (p <0.05, Spearman's Rho = 0.771; positive correlation being high).
