Liderazgo de los Directores y el Nivel de Convivencia en los Docentes de las Instituciones Educativas del Nivel Secundaria, Distrito de Saposoa - Provincia de Huallaga – Región San Martín, 2019

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue la tesis titulada Liderazgo de los Directores y el Nivel de Convivencia en los Docentes de las Instituciones Educativas del Nivel Secundaria, Distrito de Saposoa - Provincia de Huallaga – Región San Martín, 2019, tuvo como objetivo determinar el grado de relación entre liderazgo de los directores y el nivel de convivencia en los docentes de las Instituciones Educativas del nivel secundaria, distrito de Saposoa - Provincia de Huallaga – Región San Martín, 2019; por lo que se hizo necesario que la investigación presente un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo correlacional y de diseño no experimental, donde la población y muestra se conformaron por 80 docentes de las Instituciones Educativas del nivel secundaria, distrito de Saposoa, los que fueren fuente para la recolección de datos mediante la aplicación de dos instrumentos, el primero de ellos para la variable liderazgo de los directores que se conformó por 35 preguntas y el segundo para la variable nivel de convivencia el cual constó de 35 preguntas; los dos tuvieron una escala valorativa tipo Likert. Tras la investigación se concluyó mediante la prueba de correlación de Pearson de la cual se obtuvo un sig. Bilateral= 0,000 y además un coeficiente de correlación con un valor de 0,781, teniendo que el grado de relación entre el liderazgo de los directores y el nivel de convivencia en los docentes de las Instituciones Educativas del nivel secundaria, distrito de Saposoa - Provincia de Huallaga – Región San Martín, 2019 es significativa. De esta manera se aceptó la hipótesis general de la investigación.

After the investigation, it was concluded by Pearson's correlation test from which a sig was obtained. Bilateral= 0.000 and also a correlation coefficient with a value of 0.781, taking the degree of relationship between the leadership of the directors and the level of coexistence in the teachers of the Institutions Secondary level educational, district of Saposoa - Province of Huallaga - Region San Martín, 2019 is significant.
