Liderazgo funcional y su relación con la gestión educativa, en la Institución Educativa N° 86103 “Corazón de Jesús” Mataquita, Distrito de Jangas, Provincia de Huaraz Departamento de Ancash Año 2014

Abstract

La relación existente entre liderazgo Funcional y la Gestión Educativa, en la Institución Educativa N° 86103 “Corazón de Jesús” Mataquita, Distrito de Jangas, Provincia de Huaraz Departamento de Ancash Año 2014, es lo que la presente investigación establece. En cuanto a la metodología: el método empleado es descriptivo, el diseño descriptivo correlacional y de enfoque cuantitativo. Como técnica de colecta de datos se utilizó la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario con respuestas tipo Likert; aplicado a una muestra representativa de 20 docentes de la Institución Educativa N° 86103 “Corazón de Jesús” Mataquita, Distrito de Jangas, Provincia de Huaraz Departamento de Ancash. Previamente antes de ser aplicado el instrumento a la totalidad de la muestra se realizó la validez de contenido mediante juicio de expertos (81%) y la confiabilidad del instrumento mediante una muestra piloto con la técnica estadística Alfa de Cronbach,(>=0,80), cuyo resultado nos indica una confiabilidad muy alta y una validez total, lo que significa que el instrumento debe ser aplicado a toda la muestra, por presentar una consistencia interna favorable. La exploración de las variables de estudio liderazgo funcional constó de tres dimensiones básicas: Administración, estímulo y motivación. , mientras la variable gestión educativa constó de las dimensiones: Organización, Planificación Estratégica y Motivación. Se evaluó el contraste de hipótesis con el estadístico chi cuadrado de Pearson; obteniendo valores (P-values) menores a 0,05 (nivel de significancia), lo cual indicó rechazar las hipótesis nulas y aceptar las hipótesis alternas. Demostrándose al 95% la existencia de relación significativa entre las variables de estudio.

The existing relationship between Functional Leadership and Educational Management, in Educational Institution N ° 86103 "Corazón de Jesús" Mataquita, Jangas District, Huaraz Province, Department of Ancash Year 2014, is what this research establishes. Regarding the methodology: the method used is descriptive, the correlational descriptive design and quantitative approach. As a data collection technique the survey was used and as a tool the questionnaire with Likert type responses; applied to a representative sample of 20 teachers from Educational Institution N ° 86103 "Corazón de Jesús" Mataquita, Jangas District, Huaraz Province Department of Ancash. Before the instrument was applied to the entire sample, the content validity was performed by expert judgment (81%) and the reliability of the instrument by means of a pilot sample with the Cronbach's Alpha statistical technique (> = 0.80 ), whose result indicates a very high reliability and total validity, which means that the instrument must be applied to the entire sample, as it has a favorable internal consistency. The exploration of the functional leadership study variables consisted of three basic dimensions: Administration, stimulus and motivation. , while the variable educational management consisted of the dimensions: Organization, Strategic Planning and Motivation. The hypothesis contrast was evaluated with Pearson's chi-square statistic; obtaining values (P-values) less than 0.05 (level of significance), which indicated rejecting the null hypotheses and accepting the alternative hypotheses. Demonstrating 95% the existence of a significant relationship between the study variables.
