Education and its community or actors (students, teachers, institution, etc.) need a process that helps them achieve their objectives. At this point, the administration in general has a branch called Educational Administration, which prints order to the activities carried out in educational organizations to achieve their objectives and goals. It can be affirmed that this discipline is an instrument that helps the administrator to study the organization and educational institutional structure, and allows him to orient his respective functions. School administration, mainly in multi-grade educational institutions, is aimed at organizing efforts; to the determination of academic objectives and external and internal policies; to the creation and application of an adequate normativity for students, teaching, administrative, technical and manual personnel, with the purpose of establishing in the educational institution the so of teaching-learning and an efficient and successful school government. Some authors define the Educational Administration as the "science that plans, organizes, directs, executes, controls and evaluates the activities that are developed in educational organizations, aimed at developing the capacities and development of the students"; this discipline tries to organize the work of school personnel (teachers, administrative, etc.,), and the management of physical, financial, technological and pedagogical resources, among others, to comply with the curriculum defined by the educational society. As a science, it provides the principles and techniques for foreseeing, planning, organizing, directing, integrating and evaluating all the components of the education system in restricted areas, such as schools and their respective communities, or in broader areas, such as supervision and top management of the system, so that everyone can contribute effectively to the achievement of educational objectives. Other authors conceptualize the Educational Administration as "the rational and systematic application of the principles and theories of the general administration to the management of educational organizations"; because this discipline seeks to resolve in an educational organization the allocation and coordination of the different resources with which it has, be these materials, financial, technological, academic, in order to achieve the objectives and goals set by the institution. Specifically, the school administration is referred to the address of the institution itself; to the use and strategic exercise of human, intellectual, technological and budgetary resources; to the projection of future human needs; to the strategic forecast of human resource training and teacher training; to the connection with the environment; the generation of identity of the personnel with the organization; the generation of a collective vision of organizational growth in the collective, individual, professional and the principle of collaboration as a premise of development. From the functional point of view, the educational administration is in charge of the implementation of educational policies; and from the institutional perspective, educational administration is the set of organizational structures that must ensure the provision of educational services to the population. The educational administration implies the achievement of objectives by people who contribute their greatest efforts, and in accordance with actions that are pre-established in advance, a situation that can occur both in the private and in the governmental education sector. That can be conceptualized as the rational and systematic application of the principles and theories of administration to the management of educational organisms; or as the reasonable and safe way to drive the school towards the full achievement of the educational objectives The primary objective of the study of the relationship between the Administrative Organization and the Academic Aspects of the students in the multigrade Educational Institutions of the district of San Antonio-Huarochirí Province in 2013, seeks to facilitate the teaching-learning process, by maximizing the resources of the institution; and to achieve this, it is necessary to carry out activities that managers, parents and society need to intervene.
