The present research work had as a general problem: What is the relationship between the development of didactic processes and the achievement of learning in the communication area of 2nd year students at IE Ramiro Prialé Prialé? And the general objective was to establish the relationship between the development of didactic processes and the achievement of learning in the communication area of the 2nd year students of IE Ramiro Prialé Prialé. The type of research was descriptive with a non-experimental transactional design. The sample consisted of 40 second-year students from the Ramiro Prialé Prialé del Callao Educational Institution. The survey technique was applied with a Likert scale questionnaire to measure the didactic processes variable and the results obtained at the end of the 2019 school year in the communication area were taken into account for the second variable. The research has found that there is no significant direct relationship between the didactic processes and the achievement of learning, and the Spearman Rho coefficient is 0.095, indicating that the relationship between the two variables is very low positive. In the two study variables, the significance is 0.560, that is, the following relationship is given: 0.050 <0.560.
