The thesis whose title is Organizational behavior in the production area of a publishing company. Lima - 2018, national works were taken as a reference among which Ormeño, Guerrero and Rodríguez stand out and at the international level a review of the contributions of Montesdeoca and Loor, Fuentes and Guaygua was made; In addition to a review of the works of various authors. The objective of the research was to determine the characteristics of the organizational behavior and its components: Individual, group behavior and organizational culture. The methodology has a level of research with a quantitative approach, the type of research corresponds to a descriptive study, with a design of non-experimental research of transversal or transectional scope. The population and sample consisted of the total number of collaborators belonging to the production area. The instrument used was the survey with a Likert scale of five options. In the research conclusions it was determined that the staff reward program should be extended to all productive areas, which will determine a better identification of the worker with the organization. With respect to the communication that is presented in the company, optimal channels must be optimized for employees. As for the leadership within this study, it must be really effective in the acting leadership.
