The objective of this research work was on tutoring and its relationship with pedagogical management, in the students of the Professional School of Sciences of the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle, it was of a descriptive correlational type with a quantitative approach to the design. cross-sectional experimental. Having a population of 120 students and with a census sample, two instruments were developed that underwent expert judgment, with a reliability of 0.726, according to the ranges of Cronbach's alpha reliability values. For descriptive statistics, the frequencies and percentages, the dimension variables and the study items were verified by table and graphs. Likewise, the sample was tested by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, which determined the study of a non-parametric sample, and Spearman's Rho was used to test the hypotheses, resulting in a Rho of 0.811 in the general hypothesis, with a high level of correlation, then, the greater the mentoring, the greater the management pedagogical.
