The objective of this research work was what was established as an objective to determine the difference in lifestyle health among students of the fifth cycle of primary school, from educational institutions 1289 from Huaycán and 16318 from Amazonas, in 2021. The work was carried out from the paradigm quantitative, it is also basic, descriptive with a comparative design. The population was constituted by all the students of the primary level of the school 16318 Chiriaco, from the Imaza district, Bagua province, Amazonas region, which are a total of 375 students and by students of the same level of the I.E. 1289, Ate district, Lima Metropolitan, which are a total of 361 students. Likewise, the sampling was of the type probabilistic and for which the sample was made up of the students of the V cycle, it is that is, those who are enrolled in the 5th and 6th grade of primary school in the two institutions referred educational, which involved a total of 160 students. The results showed that the two-sided significance of the Mann-Whitney U test, to determine if there is a significant difference in lifestyles between the study subjects, he obtained a sig 0.946 > 0.05. Therefore, it was concluded that there is no statistically significant difference of lifestyles among the groups studied
