For the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's alpha was used, being 0.855 for the resilience variable and 0.890 for the self-concept variable. For the descriptive analysis, frequency distribution tables and the bar graph were made. And for the recruitment of the hypothesis was carried out by Rho de Spearman. The research concluded that there is a very good correlation (Spearman's Rh0 = 0.848) between resilience and self-concept of students in the third cycle of the professional accounting school of the National University of Callao, 2020.
