This study aims to determine the relationship between institutional management instruments and their relationship to teacher performance in educational institutions in the district of Ricardo Palma, Ugel No. 09, Huacho, 2019. This research is descriptive correlational design with the same amount of the population: 96 teachers of educational institutions of the district of Ricardo Palma, Ugel No. 09 of the Province of Huacho, 2019. Two instruments were applied to them: a questionnaire measuring institutional administration instruments and other to measure teacher performance. Data allowed us to collect information and measure the variables to perform the corresponding correlations and comparisons; the first to measure variable 1 (institutional management tools) and the second to measure variable 2 (teacher performance) after analyzing the results. Upon the correlation between the instruments of institutional management and teacher performance, moderate direct correlation was found it, where rho = 0,74 and significance’s value of p = 0,00, therefore, it holds that (p <0,05). This is claimed to affirm that there is a direct and significant correlation between the instruments of institutional management and teacher performance.
