Las escuelas productoras, emprendedoras y la gestión escolar en las IIEE Mariano Melgar de EBR de Pausa - Ayacucho

Abstract

En la presente investigación se estudia la relación que existe entre Las Escuelas Productoras y la Gestión Escolar en las IIEE Mariano Melgar de EBR de Pausa - Ayacucho. La muestra estuvo constituida por 30 docentes de la institución educativa públicas Mariano Melgar de EBR de Pausa - Ayacucho, En este sentido, la muestra de esta investigación estará conformada por en la IIEE Mariano Melgar de EBR de Pausa - Ayacucho. Por lo tanto, será no probabilística ya que será tomada de forma censal. Los resultados fueron analizados en el nivel descriptivo, en donde se han utilizado frecuencias y porcentajes y en el nivel inferencial se ha hecho uso de la estadística paramétrica y como tal se ha utilizado r de Pearson a un nivel de 0,05, dado que los datos presentan distribución normal. Los resultados indican que existe una relación significativa entre las variables las Escuelas Productoras y la Gestión Escolar. Asimismo, se demuestra que existe correlación directa, y significativa entre ambas variables.

In the present investigation the relation that exists between the Producing Schools and the School Management in the IIEE Mariano Melgar of EBR de Pausa - Ayacucho is studied. The sample consisted of 30 teachers from the public educational institution Mariano Melgar from EBR de Pausa - Ayacucho. In this sense, the sample from this research will be made up of IIEE Mariano Melgar from EBR de Pausa - Ayacucho. Therefore, it will be non-probabilistic since it will be taken in a census form. The results were analyzed at the descriptive level, where frequencies and percentages have been used and at the inferential level, parametric statistics have been used and as such Pearson's r has been used at a level of 0.05, given that the Data present normal distribution. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between the variables Producing Schools and School Management. Likewise, it is shown that there is a direct and significant correlation between both variables.
