The objective of this research work is to execute following the procedures of a quantitative approach, the type of research used was substantive, with a non-experimental transversal correlational design, there was the participation of 66 students from the Faculty of Initial Education of the UNE EGyV, selected under probabilistic sampling. The questionnaire was used as data collection instruments according to the variables (Organizational Climate and Teaching Performance). These were validated through expert judgment and obtained reliability using Cronbach's Alpha statistics (0.905 and 0.969, respectively). The results were divided into descriptive and inferential, and the former indicate that 43.9% of the teachers indicate that the organizational climate is regular, in addition this same percentage indicates that the teacher's performance is of a medium level, already evidencing a relationship to descriptive level. Regarding the inferential results, it was found that there is a direct and significant relationship between Organizational Climate and Teaching Performance at Educational Institution No. 20955-26 Inmaculada Concepción del Vallecito, UGEL 15, Huarochirí, 2019. (p ˂ 0.05, Spearman's rho = 0.580, with a high positive correlation).
