The following study was conducted with the objective of determining the relationship between psychomotor skills and spatial notions in 5-year-old children of the Heart of God Educational Institution, Ate Vitarte, 2019. The methodology used, in the case of the approach, it was the quantitative one, being the non-experimental design, whose main characteristic is the observation of phenomena without the intervention of the researcher, for later analysis; The type of research was the basic, descriptive - correlational level. The sample was made up of 64 5-year-old children from the Heart of God Educational Institution, Ate Vitarte, 2019, through non-probabilistic sampling. For data collection, observation technique was used, whose main instrument was the observation sheet. The instruments were applied through 2 observation sheets. The results were obtained through descriptive and inferential analysis, to find the degree of correlation by applying Spearman's Rho test, responding to problems with a scientific rigor regarding the case, proceeding to verify the fulfillment of the objectives, the which was to reject the null hypotheses. Therefore, it could be concluded that psychomotricity is positively and significantly related to the spatial notions in 5-year-old children of the Heart of God Educational Institution, Ate Vitarte, 2019 (p <0.05 and Rho de Spearman = 0.682, which would mean a high positive correlation).
