The present investigation entitled: application of educational robotic WeDo in the achievement of competences in the area of science and technology in elementary school students, was carried out with the aim of applying educational robotics WeDo and to know whether or not it influences the achievement of competences in the area of science and technology in elementary-level students in educational institutions No.501101 and 50693. The study samples are third-grade students, the type of research is experimental, with a quasi-experimental design, with independent variable and dependent, the use of educational robotics kit WeDo made a significant difference in the achievement of the competences of the area, in its dimensions of: investigates through scientific methods to build their knowledge, designs and builds technological solutions to solve the problems of their environment, explain the physical world based on knowledge about living things, matter and energy, biodiversity, earth and universe, indeed if WeDo educational robotics influences, developing creativity in the construction of robotic prototypes, this is called constructionism in pedagogical experiences.
