Expectativas y el nivel de logro de capacidades en los estudiantes del nivel secundario de la I.E. Fe y Alegría N°19

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue en la tesis investigada titulada “Expectativas y el nivel de logro de capacidades en el área de Educación para el Trabajo en los estudiantes de la I.E. Fe y Alegría N° 19 – 2019”, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las expectativas académicas y el logro de capacidades de los alumnos en el área de Educación para el Trabajo de la I.E. Fe y Alegría N° 19 – 2019, investigación descriptiva no experimental, de tipo cuantitativo, se tuvo una muestra de 46 alumnos participantes del área de Educación para el Trabajo, se aplicó un instrumento compuesto por 43 preguntas dividida entre las dos variables, se obtuvo como resultado una correlación es alta positiva de 0,899 y una significancia de p valor = 0,000 < 0.05 p valor esperado para la conservación de estatus quo, la conclusión es que se deben promover estrategias de atención diferenciada e intercambiar expectativas de aprendizaje, lo más importante es diferenciar la atención a los estudiantes para mejorar el desempeño académico, y es importante capacitar a los docentes para que se establezcan metas y expectativas al mismo tiempo que mejoran el desempeño académico. Cursos formativos, que incluyen un mejor trabajo en equipo, además de realizar investigaciones sobre expectativas relacionadas con el campo de la educación laboral, el propósito es orientar y mejorar la gestión.
