Práctica pedagógica y trabajo colaborativo de los docentes en la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército – 2019

Abstract

Este estudio tuvo por objetivo principal determinar la relación entre la práctica pedagógica y el trabajo colaborativo de los docentes en la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército – 2019. Se estableció una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, con un nivel descriptivo - correlacional, además se efectuó bajo un diseño no experimental y fue de tipo aplicada. La población fue de 32 maestros y la muestra fue censal. Con respecto al instrumento, se hizo uso de dos cuestionarios, los cuales estuvieron conformados por 12 preguntas cada uno. Para la comprobación de hipótesis se empleó el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman y se fijó la confiabilidad del estudio a través del estadístico de fiabilidad Alpha de Cronbach, con una cifra de 0.920. Finalmente, en base a los resultados obtenidos, se concluyó que existe una relación significativa entre la práctica pedagógica y el trabajo colaborativo de los docentes en la Escuela de Infantería del Ejército – 2019.

The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between pedagogical practice and the collaborative work of teachers in the Army Infantry School - 2019. A quantitative approach methodology was established, with a descriptive- correlational level, and it was also carried out under a non-experimental design and was of the applied type. The population was 32 teachers and the sample was census. Regarding the instrument, two questionnaires were used, which were made up of 12 questions each. For hypothesis testing, the Spearman correlation coefficient was used and the reliability of the study was established through Cronbach's alpha reliability statistic, with a figure of 0.920. Finally, based on the results obtained, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between pedagogical practice and the collaborative work of teachers at the Army Infantry School - 2019.
