The objective of this research work was titled: Development of alternatives for the unification of work and family reality in the women merchants of the Ayaymama market in the city of Moyobamba, the general objective was: Describe the level of unification of reality work and family life of the women merchants of the Ayaymama market in the city of Moyobamba. To achieve the objective, the SWING Questionnaire developed by Moreno et al. (2009) to 97 women, being a quantitative, basic, non-experimental and transversal research. The main findings were: 54% of traders often get irritated at home because their work is very tiring and it is also a challenge for them to take care of their home responsibilities because they are worried with their jobs all the time and their work schedule. makes it difficult for them to do so. From this situation, alternatives were developed based on the distribution of roles through the support of third parties, the subcontracting of domestic work and family management. The main conclusion was: The behavior of the women merchants of the Ayayamama market in the work domain was influenced by negative charge reactions that they have accumulated in the family domain.
