The study entitled Transformational leadership of the manager and its relationship with the organizational climate in the Initial Public Educational Institution No. 62576 Bilingual of Santa Clara Río Cachiyacu, Balsapuerto district, 2017; Its general objective was to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and the organizational climate in the Initial Public Educational Institution No. 62576. The sample consisted of 47 employees, the approach was quantitative correlational and non- experimental design, using questionnaires as an instrument of data collection The results showed that the managerial transformational leadership was low by 43%, because it does not denote potential to achieve goals and continuously develop the organization. Regarding the organizational climate, a low level was presented. It concludes that there was a significant relationship between transformational leadership and the organizational climate, this was corroborated by the application of the statistical test Rho de Spearman, where sig. (Bilateral) was less than the 0.05 margin of error. Likewise, the degree of correlation was positive positive 0.858. In this way the research hypothesis was accepted.
