Abstract: The objective of this research work is to establish the relationship that exists between pedagogical management and virtual learning resources during the pandemic teachers in the Initial Educational Institutions of REI 06, of UGEL 05, San district Juan de Lurigancho – The Augustinian. At a methodological level it has a quantitative approach, basic type, with a non-experimental, descriptive – correlational design. The population was all teachers in the Initial Educational Institutions of REI 06, UGEL 05, San Juan de Lurigancho – El Agustino district. The sample is census, made up of 60 teachers. The technique was the survey, the instruments to measure the formative evaluation and achievement of the skills in the communication area reached very good levels of validity and high reliability suitable for application. In their results, evidenced by comparing that the correlation between pedagogical management and virtual education present a significant level of high positive correlation (strong or considerable) according to the value of 0.830**. It can be stated that there is a relationship between pedagogical management and virtual education during the pandemic for teachers in Educational Institutions Initial of REI 06, of UGEL 05, San Juan de Lurigancho – El Agustino district.
