The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship that exists between technical assistance and initial education teaching performance in the area of Manchay – Pachacamac, UGEL 01. San Juan de Miraflores. The research was carried out under the quantitative approach, of a descriptive correlational type, with a correlational design. Likewise, the population was made up of 60 teachers from the Manchay – Pachacamac area and the sample was defined as census. The technique used was the survey and the questionnaires on technical advice and the questionnaire on teaching performance were taken into account as instruments. The statistical data were processed through the SPSS program in its latest version. The conclusions reached are the following: A Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient = 0.677 was obtained, which is interpreted at 99.99% ** the correlation is significant at the 0.05 bilateral level, interpreted as a relationship moderate positive between the variables, with p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), rejecting the null hypothesis. It is also observed that technical assistance is significantly and positively related to early education teaching performance, that is, the larger the scale of technical assistance there will be a higher level of early education teaching performance, also according to the Spearman correlation of 0.677. This represents a moderate positive correlation.
