The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between administrative management and service quality in the administrative area of the District Municipality of Santa Ana de Tusi, province of Daniel Alcides Carrión, region of Pasco. The research methodology was applied, the approach was quantitative and the design was non-experimental: cross-correlational. A sample of 54 workers from the mentioned institution was obtained; the investigation technique was the survey and the application of two instruments: the questionnaire No. 1 that measured the levels of administrative management and the questionnaire No. 2 that measured the levels of service quality. The reliability test was carried out through Cronbach's Alpha, the normality test was carried out by means of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the inferential analysis was carried out through Spearman's correlation coefficient. This study concluded by indicating that there is a statistically significant relationship between the variables of administrative management and service quality in the employees of the administration area of the District Municipality of Santa Ana de Tusi, province of Daniel Alcides Carrión, in the Pasco region.
