The objective of this research work is to determine if the educational management variable is related to the teacher performance variable in the IE FAP Cap. José Quiñones Gonzáles from the La Molina district, from UGEL 06, 2019. It is a basic type of research, because its results enrich theoretical scientific knowledge; It is descriptive and assumes the correlational design, since it establishes a relationship between two variables: educational management and teacher performance. The sample consisted of 40 people, 40 teachers mentioned institution, sample size chosen intentionally non-probabilistically. Two instruments were applied: a questionnaire to measure the variable I educational management, which consists of 32 items and measures the dimensions: institutional management, administrative management, pedagogical management and community management; another questionnaire to measure variable II of teacher performance, which consists of 27 items and measures the dimensions: curricular planning, curricular execution and evaluation, both variables have been taken from previous work with validated instruments and present an adequate level of reliability: 0.906. The results show that there is a significant relationship between educational management and teacher performance, and reaches a level of 0.643.
