According to the latest census, there are 3,209,261 people with disabilities in our country, which represents 10.3% of the population. That is, one in 10 Peruvians has a disability. 48.3% have difficulty seeing, 15.1% have difficulty moving or walking, while 18.5% have two or more disabilities. Of the total universe, 56.7% are women and 43.3% are men. Likewise, 40.1% are older adults and 14.3% are girls, boys and adolescents. Based on the bibliography reviewed, it is determined that the main problem that arises with personnel with physical disabilities, which includes administrative tasks, is accessibility within the work environment, which considers a gap with respect to the criterion of usability of equipment, tools, machines, among others. There are cases that have a problem inherent to the capacity of the worker in relation to the demand for tasks according to the job position. The methodology of compatibility analysis between the characteristics of people and the demands or requirements of the jobs is, in the case of people with disabilities, a great tool that allows us to assess the mismatches that could be experienced between the worker and the job, and in this way provide a possible solution through the recommendation of pertinent adaptations. Currently there are a number of different ergonomic methods that have been used in various studies that generate an assessment of the functional capacity of the worker and on the other hand the demands of the job; with this, possible incompatibilities are determined that must be addressed through the ergonomic adaptation of the job. The general objective of this work is based on the review of scientific articles related to ergonomic evaluation in work stations for personnel with motor disabilities, considering the identification of the panorama of inclusion of people with motor disabilities in the workplace, the identification of ergonomic problems existing in the administrative work station for the study population, the review of the use of methods or methodologies at an ergonomic level applicable to evaluate work stations with motor disabilities, identification of control measures and/or prevention of dysergonomic risks for personnel with motor disabilities in administrative jobs. This study focuses on the qualitative documentary review, which includes information related to the objectives of the research work.
