Introduction: Speech therapy management is essential to rehabilitate swallowing. However, there are aspects that interfere with the patient's recovery. Therefore, it is essential to have a treatment plan based on the needs of each individual. Objective: To describe the speech therapy management of a patient with endoscopic gastrostomy tube feeding in a private center in Lima, Peru, during the period June - August 2023. Description of Work: Application of an evaluation protocol to determine the speech therapy management of a 68-year-old patient with oropharyngeal dysphagia and PEG feeding, whose exercises for swallowing function and family orientation were selected based on the results. Conclusion: The speech therapy management of a patient with oropharyngeal dysphagia and fed by GEP was characterized by presenting exercises and strategies such as breathing-swallowing coordination, laryngeal elevation exercises, lingual and labial strength and mobility exercises, sensory stimulation, family participation and communication with the interdisciplinary equipment. In our professional experience, these exercises could have influenced the patient's recovery.
