The objective of this professional proficiency work is to strengthen assertive communication, emotional management and knowledge about the areas and results of early childhood development with the training and technical support of the community actors of a district in the province of Andahuaylas, department of Apurímac. . There was the participation of 05 community actors with more than 12 months of volunteering in the support service for families of a social program. The instruments used were the assertiveness test, emotion regulation questionnaire (ERQ) and Early Childhood Development questionnaire, which were applied as pre and post test in the training and for monitoring the technical support sheet and a guide were used. interview. The methodology used was participatory action research, under the AMATE model. The results show that the facilitators managed to strengthen their assertive communication to interact appropriately in the visits with the user families, they also improved in the management of emotions by identifying, recognizing, expressing and regulating their emotions through relaxation, breathing and relaxation techniques. traffic light technique in stressful situations, also increased their knowledge about the areas and results of ECD, which allowed them to effectively guide primary caregivers in promoting healthy care and learning practices.
