Abstract: La presente investigación documental está enfocada en analizar el impacto psicológico del COVID 19 en niños con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) durante la pandemia de COVID-19; para ello, se analizaron artículos científicos publicados entre el 2020 y el 2022. Se concluyó que el impacto psicosocial del COVID-19 en los niños con autismo ha sido profundo y requiere atención especial, dado que constituye un grupo vulnerable que ha experimentado un impacto emocional más significativo debido al distanciamiento social en comparación con otros niños. Esta repercusión ha generado efectos negativos en áreas como las relaciones sociales y el aprendizaje, y se ha observado una clara agravación de sus síntomas psicopatológicos. También se destacó que pasar más tiempo en los hogares ha permitido una mayor participación familiar en actividades diarias de casa, una mejor comprensión de las necesidades de los hijos y una mayor apreciación del trabajo realizado por los docentes.
