Introduction: Diabetes Mellitus is currently one of the most diagnosed diseases in young people, which at the same time require a variety of treatments including dental implants, therefore we try to address this problem in different angles for the study. Thematic development: We developed 3 different studies : Sillabus, Revision of Dental literature and Research project. Conclusions: Sillabus, give us organization and facts related to the subjects during this academic semester with the purpose to bring to the student reliability in the variety of topics to study and achieve basic knowledge to take classes. Consecutively, revision of dental literature will give us the tools to understand the content validity of an article in which the clinical practice will be base on .Finally ,the research project will determine which implant system and surgical techniques would be use a in patient with diabetes mellitus.
