Introduction: Dental structures over time can lose the normal functional and physiological characteristics of the stomatognathic system, which is why there is a need to carry out series of cases that allow the efficient analysis, ordering and description of the existing scattered information to characterize a correct diagnosis of Functional Occlusal Disorders. Objective: To clinically characterize the Combination Syndrome and Bimaxillary Total Edentulous. Materials and methods: This study is a Case Series based on Clinical Histories of the Oral Rehabilitation Service of the Teaching Dental Center of the Faculty of Stomatology of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (CDD-UPCH) from 2015 to 2023. The study variables will be situations that arise in the Functional Disorders of Occlusion. The research will be written following the CARE guideline standards for writing case series. Results: There was a total sample of 30 cases, of which 13 were of the Combination Syndrome and 17 of Bimaxillary Total Edentulous. In the case of the Combination Syndrome, 11 were female and 3 were male, with age ranges from 59 to 84 years of age. In the case of Bimaxillary Totally Edentulous patients, 13 were female and 4 were male, with age ranges from 30 to 87 years of age. The diagnoses of Combination Syndrome and Bimaxillary Total Edentulous were clinically characterized. Conclusions: It was possible to clinically characterize the Combination Syndrome and Bimaxillary Total Edentulous.
