Objective: To determine the impact on the quality of life related to oral health in adults with rehabilitated prostheses in the Teaching Dental Clinic of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima in 2016, according to sociodemographic variables, type, and time of use of dental prostheses. Materials and methods: Descriptive, cross-sectional study. of 108 patients of the Teaching Dental Clinic of the UPCH. The instrument used to measure quality of life in relation to oral health was the OHIP-14sp Prostheses-Peru questionnaire. Results: There is an impact on the psychological distress dimension with 75%, according to type of prosthesis in patients who use combined prostheses with 33.33%, time of use in 13 months or more with 37%, according to gender women with 73.15%, according to age from 31 to 59 years with 38.89%, according to married marital status 50% and degree of higher education with 53.70%. A percentile analysis was performed, finding that quality of life was excellent in 66.7% of patients, fair in 22.2% and poor in 11.1%. Conclusion: It was found that there is excellent quality of life in relation to oral health in patients with rehabilitated prostheses in the Teaching Dental Clinic of the UPCH.
