This business plan contains an integral marketing strategy for reverse osmosis systems for water treatment, including equipment, installation, start-up and operation and maintenance management service. The primary market for this application is the mining sector, however, it will also be applicable to other productive sectors, such as industries, agricultural exports, public water and sanitation companies. The reverse osmosis system is the membrane technology that has achieved the greatest development worldwide in recent years, ensuring the effective separation of contaminants from water and has been applied in the purification of seawater, the improvement of water from wells and the reuse of water in wastewater treatment. At the same time, the cost of this technology has been gradually decreasing, becoming viable for water treatment projects For the development of this plan, the market opportunities for reverse osmosis systems were taken into account, generated by the current context of Covid-19 pandemic in Perú, and the need and urgency to reduce the difference in the access of the population, to a safe and good quality water.
