Tuberculosis is an infectious-contagious disease with great demand at a global level, being one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide, therefore, adherence to treatment is essential; the COVID-19 pandemic caused changes in the actions of health systems, given that, the Ministry of Health recommended strengthening the use of information and communication technologies to continue monitoring treatment virtually. Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of adherence to tuberculosis treatment and the use of communication and information technologies in two health centers of DIRIS Lima Norte. Material and methods: Study with a cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 30 patients with tuberculosis who underwent their virtual treatment in the two health establishments. Data collection was through the BMG questionnaire to measure the adherence variable, and the Use of ICT in health questionnaire. Results: There is a positive correlation (r = 0.612) and (p=0.000); 66.7% present a total adherence; 30% had a high level in the use of ICT. Conclusion: The level of ICT use presents a positive correlation with the level of adherence to the treatment against Tuberculosis.
