The present work of professional sufficiency seeks to strengthen the service attribute in the operative collaborators through a training program in a company of the hydrocarbon sector, in a context of a state of emergency due to the pandemic as a result of the COVID-19. The participants were 300 collaborators, which reflect the totality of operational collaborators oriented to the attention and service to the client of the commercial operations management. As part of the strategy proposed in the training model developed in this study, the 70:20:10 learning model proposed by Morgan McCall, Michael M. Lombardo, and Robert A. Eichinger in the late 1980s. This archetype for the organization has a disruptive and agile approach that fosters knowledge development and its importance lies in experiential learning, where (10) represents formal learning, (20) social learning and (70) experiential learning. To achieve the objectives and ensure the effectiveness of the program, the following phases were considered: first, the diagnostic phase to determine training needs; then, the action plan design phase; then, the implementation phase; and finally, the evaluation phase. In conclusion, the results showed that the training program contributed favorably to the fulfillment of the service attribute indicator.
