The present study was conducted in a concessionaire company of the SME regime, which provides food services and other complementary services such as hotel, laundry, maintenance and cleaning, and barracks and minor maintenance to a local mining company, located in the city of Cerro de Pasco. In this sense, the general objective was to know the perception of the work environment of the collaborators of the food and complementary services company, in order to identify the dimensions with the lowest scores and propose an improvement plan for the 2019 period. Similarly, three tools were used for the study: the semi-structured interview, with a sample of nine direct customer service employees; the focus group, with a sample of six area leaders; and the survey, with a population of 55 employees registered in the company's payroll. With the analysis of the results, it was concluded that the company shows a medium work environment according to the score category, which is represented by a general perception level of 32.7%. Likewise, low scores were evidenced in the dimensions of communication with 10%; working conditions, with 7%; and supervision, with 8%. In order to reduce the low scores or levels, evidenced during the evaluation, the "Plan of action and continuous improvement of the work environment and psychosocial factors 2019" was implemented. In this plan, improvement actions by dimensions were proposed, as well as strategies to be followed during its execution and supervision.
