The purpose of this work is to propose improvements in the management processes of training in virtual environments of a financial institution to guarantee the satisfaction of the participants with their virtual training. In the diagnosis, low levels of participation and level of satisfaction were initially found, which were associated with variables such as: inappropriate schedules for its execution, virtual platform used, hiring of external providers that lack employment and administration of information technologies and capacity. to create a pleasant learning experience. Subsequently, with the problem delimited, in the intervention stage improvements were established with respect to the training process that was previously executed. Later, with the implementation of the improvement, there was greater control of these variables, notably seeing a favorable change in the level of satisfaction, level of participation and level of knowledge acquired by the participants. It is concluded that it is important to conduct a good training management that responds to the identified needs: what to train, how to train, where and to whom, likewise thanks to this improvement we have guaranteed a 90% satisfaction of the collaborators with their virtual training.
